The Avalonia Project
In a few words?

The Avalonia Project’s mission is to contribute to local and global efforts in rekindling the relationship between humans and Nature, for both ecological and wellbeing purposes.

Today, the mission is explored through the ecopsychology and sacred ecology paradigms and their impact on individual, collective and planetary wellbeing, understanding these as intricately linked to one another.
The collective exploration takes the form of community gatherings in Nature at the French-Swiss border, whilst individual exploration is encouraged through sharings of thoughts, feelings, hopes and dreams written by Sarah, founder of the project.

The Avalonia Project was born out of the idea of creating a place of gathering to explore these thematics locally in the form of an eco-centre. The project was presented to and supported by the project incubator InnoVales in 2022 to refine the long-term vision. Hoping to turn this vision into a reality, the project needs your help. Come and explore the projects' origins and potential future on the following pages:
